ABP30 is the most popular ampoule forming machine on the market, with 30 stations built into sturdy construction main body.

This equipment consists of main body, after-forming line, annealing furnace andinspection packaging line.

Easy to setting operations, it allows to manufacture all types of ampoules from 1ml to 20ml and process diameters of alass tubes from 10mm to 22,50mm.

AFTER-FORMING LINE

The power of the after-forming line comes from the main body, synchronized with the main body and passed to the annealing furnace and inspection packaging line. The line can freely switch between A, B, C and D ypes to reach the national and international common types.

ANNEALING FURNACE

The main power of the annealing furnace comes from the main body. When the main body is suspended or the annealing furnace is heated up alone, the annealing furnace can use auxiliary motor with automatic switching function.

Adopting rack and pinion staggered ampoules delivery method, the annealing stress is eliminated, and the ampoule runs smoothly with very little rubbing less.

Annealing furnace has good heat preservation effect, fast temperature rise and saves electricity

THE INSPECTION PACKAGING LINE IS POWERED BY ANNEALINGFURNACE AND SYNCHRONIZED WITH THE ANNEALING FURNACE.
